Who is Amy M. Parker?

I am a distinguished South Carolina attorney with a reputation built on integrity, resilience and fortitude.

Amy M. Parker grew up in Fountain Inn, SC and attended Hillcrest High School. She earned a B.S. in Psychology from Lander University, cum laude, and her J.D., from the University of South Carolina.

Amy started her own firm in 2005 and she concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of family law and criminal law. She assists clients with matters involving divorce, custody, child support, alimony and adoption as well as complex family court litigation. Amy also handles criminal matters in General Sessions and Magistrate Courts in all Upstate counties.

Amy is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Greenville County Bar Association and the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association.

Amy has always had an active interest in public service and has served by representing battered women in the family court system.A born and raised Carolina Girl, I earned a B.S. in Psychology from Lander University, cum laude, and my J.D. from the University of South Carolina.
